Len Beckman is the active broker/owner of Millennium 3 Real Estate. He continues to help his clients, past, present and new, make good decisions about selling their homes, investing (1031 opportunities), buying, commercial and more. He has been in the Real Estate world for 30 years and counting; he founded Millennium 3 on 3/3/2000 focused on the new century.

Len knows the ins and the outs and is always willing to go the extra mile(s) for each and every client here in the Southern California region, spanning Orange, LA, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego and Ventura counties. He has the privilege of marketing and selling the typical single family home and condominium, as well as the seasoned owners of high end real estate.  He has listed/sold beauties in Beverly Hills, Newer homes in Newport, Condos in Corona, buildable land in Camarillo, townhomes in Tustin, vintage estates, and 3 bedroom culdesac homes; all get excellent treatment!

Father of 11 kids, he is skilled in standard residential sales, probate, trust, court involved sales, conservatorship issues, as well as first time through seasoned buyers.

Len has his master’s degree in business (MBA) with marketing emphasis from California State University, Fullerton, where he has on occasion subbed in to teach a real estate class.  Designations include member of CAR, NAR, Loopnet, FOMBC and others.  Loves to negotiate the best for his clients and on occasion surprise them with season tomatoes, zucchini and farm fresh eggs during the year.  Clients must be #1, not the realtor or broker.  Actions speak much louder than idle words.
